MANUU distance mode Exams at Jammu & Srinagar

Hyderabad:

Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has notified the rescheduled dates of distance mode annual examinations at Jammu & Srinagar. The exams will be held from 11th to 30th March, 2020.

According to Mr. Mirza Farhatulla Baig, Controller of Examinations, earlier the exams scheduled to be held from 14th September to 4th October, 2019 were postponed due to unavoidable circumstances and now being held from March 11 to 30.

 

International Conferences at MANUU

 Hyderabad:

Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU),  Department of Persian in collaboration with National Council for Promotion Urdu Language, New Delhi is organizing two-day International Conference "The Contribution of Women in Promotion of Persian Language, Literature, Science, Art, Culture and Civilization" on March 4 and 5, 2020. The inaugural will be held on 10.00 am at Library auditorium.

According to Prof. Shahid Naukhez Azmi, Head of the Department, Mrs. Rajkumari Indira Devi Dhanrajgeer, Hyderabad will be the Chief Guest of the inaugural. Prof. Azarmi Dukht Safavi, Director, Persian Research Institute, Aligarh Muslim University will deliver keynote address. Dr. Mohammed Ali Rabbani, Cultural Counselor, Iran Culture House , Islamic Republic of Iran, New Delhi, Mr. Raheemuddin Ansari, Chairman, Telangana Urdu Academy, Hyderabad, Prof. Fayaz Khwaja Mahmoodov, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Dr. Deena Mohsini, Kabul, Afghanistan will be the guests of honour.

Meanwhile, HK Sherwani Centre for Deccan Studies and Persian Department of MANUU are jointly hosting the 37th All India Persian Teacher’s Conference three day International Conference at MANUU from 5th to 7th March, 2020 on “History of Deccan with Special Reference to Persian Sources”.

 

Azad Tek Fest 2020 at MANUU

Hyderabad:

Maulana Azad National Urdu University’s students from Polytechnic and Industrial Training Institute are organizing 7thAnnual Azad Tek Fest 2020 on February 24 and 25 in connection with National Urdu Science Congress. 

The Fest will be inaugurated by Dr. Mohammad Aslam Parvaiz, Vice Chancellor on February 24, at 3.00 p.m. at Polytechnic Building. Dr. Nakul Parashar, Director, Vigyan Prasar, New Delhi will be the Chief Guest.

According to Dr. Mohd Yousuf Khan, Coordinator, during the fest the students from various trades and courses will exhibit their innovative projects and showcase the skills. Around 40 projects of Polytechnic and 20 from ITI will be the part of exhibition. Apart from project expo, MANUU Smart Hekhaton-2020, Assembling & Dissembling, Poster Presentation will be the new attraction this year. All are requested to visit and motivate the students.

National Urdu Science Congress 2020 will be held on February 25 and 26 with the theme “Promotion of Science in Urdu Language”.
