National Conference on famous Sufi Saint at MANUU today

 Hyderabad:

The Dept. of Persian, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) in collaboration with National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL) is organizing two day National Conference on the Sufi Saint “Khaja Bandanawaz Gesu Daraz, sayings, Letters, Publications, Teachings and Services: With reference to Persian sources”on March 22 & 23, 2021.

According to Prof. Aziz Bano, Department Head, the inaugural will be held on March 22, 11.30 am at IMC preview theatre.

Dr. Syed Shah Khusro Hussaini, Chancellor, Khaja Bandanawaz University (KBNU), Gulbarga will be the chief guest and Prof. S M Rahmatullah, Vice-Chancellor I/c will preside over the inaugural. Aghai Ustad Dr. Nematullah Iranzada, Aghai Dr. Ali Razapur Mohammad, Bulgaria, Prof. Sk. Ishtiaque Ahmed, Dept. of Persian, JNU are the guest of honours. Prof. Abdul Hameed Akbar, Head, Dept. of Urdu & Persian, KBNU will deliver keynote address. Prof. Aziz Bano will deliver welcome address. Prof. Shahid Naukhez is the Director of the conference.

The conference will be webcast live on IMC, MANUU youtube channel.

Raja Dhanrajgir Memorial Lecture at MANUU

 Hyderabad:

The Dept. of Persian, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) in collaboration with National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL) is organizing  Raja Dhanrajgir Memorial lecture on March 23, 2021 at 11.30 am.

According to Prof. Aziz Bano, Head, Department of Persian, eminent scholar, Prof. Sk. Ishtiaque Ahmed, Centr of Persian & Central Asian Studies, JNU, New Delhi will deliver lecture on “Persian Language, Literature, Culture and Civilization”. Rajkumari Indra Devi Dhanrajgir will be the chief guest and Prof. S M Rahmatullah, Vice-Chancellor I/c will preside over the lecture.

Prof. Shahid Naukhez is the convener and Dr. Syeda Asmath Jahan is the coordinator. The lecture will go live on IMC, MANUU youtube channel.
