The University has a Guest House consisting of three blocks of modern multi-storeyed buildings situated in the serene campus of Maulana Azad National Urdu University. It comprises 8 Executive Suites, 22 Double Rooms and 5 Single Rooms equipped with modern facilities such as air-conditioning and television.

The Guest House also includes a Committee / Conference Room (20–25 seating), a large dining hall (capacity 100 persons) and spacious lawns accommodating nearly 400 persons. The Guest House functions under the administrative control of the Registrar.

1. Prioritized List for Occupancy

• Official guests such as Executive Council members, examiners, committees etc.
• Faculty / Experts attending seminars, workshops, conferences.
• UGC sponsored guests and Visiting Professors.
• Adjunct / newly appointed faculty.
• Emergency accommodation during major University events.
• Departmental / Non-official visitors with prior approval.
• Students / Research Scholars are not permitted.

2. Duration of Stay

Check-Out: 24 hours from time of arrival.

Extension: Only with prior approval of the Registrar.

Cancellation: University reserves the right to cancel accommodation.

• All dues must be cleared before departure.
• Alcohol, pets and cooking in rooms are prohibited.
• Unauthorized guests are not allowed.
• University is not responsible for loss of valuables.
• Guest House services close after 10:00 PM.
• Vice-Chancellor’s decision shall be final.
