Faculty from Across India Gain Fresh Insights at MANUU’s Refresher Programme

The Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (MMTTC), Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), successfully organized a two-week Refresher Course in Commerce and Management from October 6 to 18, 2025. The programme brought together 40 faculty participants from universities and colleges across India, fostering academic dialogue and professional growth in the field of management education.
Prof. Saneem Fatima remarked that such refresher courses play a vital role in “equipping faculty members with the latest pedagogical tools and managerial insights necessary to meet the evolving challenges of higher education.”
The course featured 32 eminent resource persons from premier institutions such as the University of Hyderabad, Jamia Millia Islamia (New Delhi), North-Eastern Hill University (Shillong), NIT Calicut, Symbiosis International University (Hyderabad), GITAM University, MG University, JNTU Hyderabad, and the Administrative Staff College of India, among others. Industry experts from Bajaj Broking Ltd., WE Hub Foundation, and the International Institute of Quality Accreditation (IIQA) also shared valuable insights, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
Participants expressed appreciation for the enriching experience, emphasizing how the course enhanced their understanding of emerging management practices and pedagogical innovations.
