Hyderabad Gets a New Voice: Radio MANUU 90.0 FM sets to hit the Airwaves

Hyderabad :

 Shri Rajeev Kumar Jain, Director General, All India Radio, Prasar Bharati, Ministry of I&B, GoI will be inaugurating a Community Radio Station at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) on March 24, 2026 at 12:00 noon. Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice Chancellor, MANUU will be presiding over the event.

 The Instructional Media Centre (IMC), MANUU, will be launching its community radio station “Radio MANUU 90.0 FM” at the University campus.

 According to Mr. Rizwan Ahamd, Director, IMC, Radio MANUU 90.0 FM will focus on local issues, youth-oriented programmes, skill development, and the promotion of language and culture, particularly Urdu. During the programme, the official logo, station ID, tagline, jingle, and teaser of Radio MANUU will be released, along with the inauguration of the Radio Gallery.

 The event will be followed by a live broadcast session featuring the Chief Guest, Shri Rajeev Kumar Jain and the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan. RJ Aamir Badr will host the broadcast.
