Essay Writing competition on Maulana Azad held at MANUU

Hyderabad:

Essay writing competition in Urdu, English and Hindi languages were held on 6th November, 2019 in Maulana Azad National Urdu University as part of Azad Day Celebration . Total 109 students have participated in the competition.  The topic for the competition was “Maulana Azad as Education Minister”.

According to Dr. Md. Athar Hussain, coordinator, essay writing competition, the number of students who took part in Urdu are 57 whereas 32 students for Hindi and 20 students participated in English essay writing. The results will be declared soon.

Prof. Mohammed Abdul Sami Siddiqui , Mr. Misbah-ul-Anzar, Dr. Mohd. Akbar, Dr. Ashwani, Dr. Shaheed and Ms. Shaista Parveen were members of the organizing Committee.

 

 

Azad Memorial Lecture at MANUU on November 11

Maulana Azad National Urdu University is organizing Abul Kalam Azad Memorial Lecture as part of Azad Day Celebrations 2019 and in connection with National Education Day on 11th November.

 

According to Mr. Anis Azmi, Coordinator, Prof. Rizwan Qaiser, Dept. of History and Culture, Jamia Millia Islamia will deliver lecture on “Siasat, Taleem aur Saqafat : Maulana Abul Kalam Azad aur Hindustani Qaumiyat ky tameer” (Politics, Education and Culture: Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and the Making of the Indian Nation) at 10.30 am, DDE Auditorium, MANUU Campus. Pro Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ayub Khan will preside over the function.

 

 

Faculty Development Programme at MANUU

Hyderabad:

Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) in coordination with National Institute of Technical Teachers Training And Research Institute (NITTTR), Bhopal is conducting a Faculty Development Programme on the Theme “Training of Trainers” from November 11 to 15, 2019 at Department of Computer Science & Information Technology (CS&IT), MANUU.

According to Prof. Abdul Wahid, Dean, School of Technology, the programme is a part of PanditMadan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching, Ministry of Human Resource Development.

Dr. Deepak Singh, Associate Professor, NITTTR is the programme Coordinator whereas Dr. Khaleel Ahmad, Assistant Professor, Dept. Of CS&IT, MANUU is the local programme coordinator.
