Ban on use of Plastic

To ensure the plastic free environment, the University has launched many programmes from time to time to encourage the staff & students to avoid the plastic use with the help of NSS & NCC and issuing orders/circular from time to time.

Landscaping with tree and plants

Maintenance of Horticulture in the campus is undertaken by the University by outsourcing through AMC. Landscaping has been taken up in front of Admin Building during 2017-18, and left over area is completed in the year 2018-19. Copies of the AMC awarded for the past 5 years are enclosed.

Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is maintaining the garden; each building has some portion of garden maintained regularly by the Outsourcing the gardening services and some pots are also maintained in various building.  A small nursery is also maintained in the University for Regular Replacement of plants from time to time.  Social Forestry Services also utilize for plantation seasonally with the help of Engineering Section MANUU.
