
Prof. S Ainul Hasan participates in Jashn-e-Azadi Mushairah
Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice-Chancellor, Maulana Azad National Urdu University participated as Guest of Honor in the online Mushaira “Jashn-e-Azadi” organized by Jamia Millia Islamia today to celebrate 75th Independence Day of India.
Mr. S. Shahid Mahdi, Former VC, JMI was the Chief Guest and Prof. Najma Akhtar, VC, JMI presided over the mushaira.
Prof. Ainul Hasan, who is a well known Urdu Poet enthralled the participants with a heart touching poem on Independence. Prof. Hasan who has taken over the charge as fifth VC of MANUU last weak remarked that he is celebrating the 75th Independence Day of our motherland and this is his biggest introduction.
A galaxy of renowned poets presented their poetry in the Mushaira.

Prof. Ainul Hasan Suggests during visit to Delhi RC
Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice Chancellor today visited Delhi Regional Centre of Maulana Azad National Urdu University to review the working of the Centre and emphasized on the importance of Information Technology in Distance Education especially during the Covid pandemic. The education to students shall not be affected at any cost and we should now switch to new methods of teaching and imparting education, he stressed.
While interacting with the officials and staff Prof. Hasan informed that a meeting to receive inputs and suggestions for improving and streamlining the quality of distance education will be conducted soon with all Regional Directors of MANUU.
Earlier, Mrs. Ruchika Kem, In-charge RC Delhi welcomed and introduced the staff members to the Vice-Chancellor.
She appraised him about the work and coordination between 16 Learner Support Centres of RC Delhi.
Prof. Hasan entrusted the responsibility for liasoning with the UGC to resolve the pending matters related to University to Mrs. Kem. Mr. Jawed Alam, Section Officer and other staff members were also present.
