Prof. Mohd Razaullah Khan is presently Director at Directorate of Distance Education. He is having more than 30 years of Teaching and more than 25 years of Research experience to his credit. He has authored 2 Books and 60 Research Papers in National and International Journals. He has more than two decades of curricula designing experience at UG and PG level as a Member of Board of Studies, Faculty and Academic Council. He actively contributed for the introduction and development of e-commerce, e-business and e-learning modules/ courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

He is the Research Supervisor since last 15 years and have successfully guided 12 Ph.D.  and 20 M.Phil. students. He has guided more than 500 Masters Project in last 3 decades. He was the consulting expert for various commercial and educational IT related projects on honorary basis.
He has presented number of papers at National and International Conferences, have Chaired the sessions, and delivered Keynote addresses.
He delivered number of invited lectures on varied topics including Frontiers of Commerce and Management, Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, Knowledge Driven System, e-Governance, e-learning, Computer Oriented Financial Systems, Research Ethics etc. 
He worked on different committees and councils at Institute and University level. He is the Member of Editorial Board for 2 International and 2 National Journals in addition to this he reviews the Research articles for International and National Journals. He is associated with different Professional and Academic Bodies.

Dr. Gulfishaan Habeeb, Professor of English, Directorate of Distance Education has a Ph.D. in English from Osmania University. Her areas of interest include English language and literature in English, literary theory and criticism, open distance learning and creative writing. She has published research papers in international and national journals apart from publishing books, such as English for Speakers of Urdu: A Proficiency Course published by Orient Blackswan. She was awarded UGC Major Research Project on Literature and Environment: An Ecocritical Approach. She is associated with various universities such as EFLU, University of Hyderabad, Osmania University, SRTM University, BRAOU, Telugu University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Dravidian University, Kuppam, Savitri Bai Phule Pune University and Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi in various capacities including research adjudication, evaluation, moderation, membership on board of studies, and expert committees. She has supervised research at M.Phil and Ph.D levels apart from participating in national and international seminars, conferences and workshops.

Dr. Ishtiyaq Ahmad (born in 1970) is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at the Directorate of Distance Education, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Hyderabad. He has an academic background in Political Science and Public Administration, with more than 18 years of teaching and research experience.

He completed his B.A. (Hons.) in 1991 and M.A. in 1993 from the Department of Political Science, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh. He further earned his M.Phil. in 1994 and Ph.D. in 2000 in Strategic Studies from the same department at Aligarh Muslim University.

Dr. Ahmad's areas of academic interest include Public Administration, Refugees, Migration Studies, and Stateless Persons in West Asia. His research has significantly contributed to these fields, particularly in understanding issues related to displacement, migration, and human rights.

He has authored three books, including his widely acclaimed work, Problem of Stateless Persons in West Asia, which is regarded as a significant contribution to the study of statelessness and regional affairs.

Dr. Ahmad has published more than two dozen research papers and articles in reputed national and international journals. His publications primarily focus on issues related to refugees, migrants, stateless persons, and human rights. He is known for his analytical approach and scholarly contributions to these important areas of research.

In addition to his publications, Dr. Ahmad has actively participated in and presented research papers at numerous national and international seminars, conferences, and academic forums, reflecting his continued engagement with the academic community and his commitment to advancing research in Public Administration and Political Science.

Shams Imran did his masters in Journalism and Mass Communication from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Earlier he obtained a BA (Hons.) from the same university in Functional English (Main), History and English.
Before joining Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Shams Imran taught at the Central University of Kashmir's Convergent Journalism department.He started his career as the Programme Coordinator of Kashmir's first community radio programme, Peshkadam, produced at the Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Awantipora, Kashmir (J&K). The programme was a joint venture between IUST and Panos South Asia.
