Rain water harvesting:
The University policy in rain water harvesting and sustainable water management is the combined use and storage of surface and ground water through the creation of pond and deep bore wells to achieve more efficiency in water usage and alleviate degradation of water. A pond has been made near CSE Coaching Academy in low lowing area with the help of Engineering Section to ensure the ground water recharge and it also helpful and use as a good recreation places. The practice of agro forestry in the campus further enhances the scope of ensuring that there is recharge of ground water and prevention of excess water flow during the monsoon season.
