MANUU started Students Union entitled as MSU (MANUU Students Union) from 2012-13 in accordance with the provision of the Act S.5(xix) and based on the recommendations of Lyngdoh Commission, 2006. The office bearers of the Students Union are nominated through election which are conducted by the University annually.

Dean Alumni Affairs IQAC (NAAC – 2020)

Dean Alumni Affairs has been created to develop a linkage between the University and its Alumni by Creating its Network. The office shall provide a platform for meeting and interaction between distinguished Alumni and students of the University. During the period, following things have been undertaken by the office of Dean Alumni Affairs;

5.1.7 Dispatch of Study Material to Learners by DDE

The Self Learning Materials (SLMs) of respective subject in printed forms of each programme shall be provided. The printed material for each course shall be in the form of six Blocks. Each block will be consist of 4 units. The Self Learning Materials (SLMs) shall be sent by registered post. The University shall not be responsible for loss or delay by the postal department.

5.1.5 Pre-admission Counselling Services at DDE

  • The Directorate of Distance Education, MANUU provide the pre admission counselling to prospective learners with help of Regional Centers, Sub Regional Centers and 135 Learner Support Centers spread all over the country regarding programmes, subject, CBCS, process of online admission, fees payment of admission, counselling classes, assignment and selection of Learners Support Centers etc.
  • Accordingly, the SLMs are being prepared.
