5.1.7 Dispatch of Study Material to Learners by DDE
The Self Learning Materials (SLMs) of respective subject in printed forms of each programme shall be provided. The printed material for each course shall be in the form of six Blocks. Each block will be consist of 4 units. The Self Learning Materials (SLMs) shall be sent by registered post. The University shall not be responsible for loss or delay by the postal department.
5.1.6 Online Admission and Related Activities at DDE
Admission to all programmes offered by the Directorate of Distance Education, MANUU shall be made through online mode. The admission portal can be accessed at
5.1.5 Pre-admission Counselling Services at DDE
- The Directorate of Distance Education, MANUU provide the pre admission counselling to prospective learners with help of Regional Centers, Sub Regional Centers and 135 Learner Support Centers spread all over the country regarding programmes, subject, CBCS, process of online admission, fees payment of admission, counselling classes, assignment and selection of Learners Support Centers etc.
- Accordingly, the SLMs are being prepared.

6.4.1 Institutional strategies for mobilization of funds and the optimal utilization of resources
MANUU mobilizes its grants mainly from the generous grants allocated by the University Grans Commission on various heads of expenditure mainly four components each of Non-Recurring (Capital Assets) and Recurring (Operation & Maintenance) Grants. However, each component has sub-components covers specific requirements viz. Infrastructure, Equipment, Books &Journals, Furniture & Fixtures under Non Recurring component.
