Besides having a regular programme production schedule, The IMC staff is also tediously involved in various consultancies, workshops, training and thematic lectures to various organisations.

Director, IMC, Mr. Rizwan Ahamd has been called at the helms of various Institutions for his expertise in the field.

The Central Research Institute of Unani Medicine (CRIUM), Hyderabad called Mr. Rizwan for a talk on promotion of Hindi Language on social media.

The National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (NIRDPR) has honoured Director, IMC twice by calling him to judge their prestigious annual National Rural Film Festivals in 2018 and 2019.

The National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) called Mr. Rizwan for an Orientation Workshop of Teachers on Video Lecture Production Techniques

The National Science Film Festival, Mohali 2019, organised by Vigyan Prasar, Dept. of Science & Technology, Govt. of India called Director, IMC for a discourse on Inclusion of Science & Health in Media & Journalism courses.

The Academic Staff college has also repeatedly called the Director, IMC for workshops on Video Production techniques. The technical staff such as Camerapersons, Editors & Technicians are involved in training students enrolled in the Mass Communication and Journalism programmes offered by the University.
