Prevent Discrimination
Prohibit all forms of discrimination in admissions, evaluations, fellowships, and campus facilities. No caste-based labeling or segregation in hostels or labs.
Complaint Resolution
Establish transparent mechanisms for filing, investigating, and resolving complaints within specified timelines as per UGC guidelines.
Regular Monitoring
Conduct regular meetings (at least annually) to review activities, monitor programs, and submit reports to university administration.
Committee Coordination
Coordinate with liaison officers for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, and other committees to handle overlapping cases.
Awareness Initiatives
Organize sensitization programs and monitor effectiveness of support for marginalized groups through awareness campaigns.
Resource Management
Maintain anti-discrimination policies, complaint formats, and resources on this webpage.
Enforcement
Impose punishments commensurate with offenses as outlined in UGC regulations and university policies.
