Department of Translation is among-st the first of its kind in India. The Department offers a Postgraduate program M. A. in Translation Studies and Ph. D. in Translation Studies. Besides a strong theoretical foundation, the Department emphasizes on the practical aspects of Translation with an objective to train students as professional Translators, and motivate them to take up research in Translation Studies.
