Department of Management & Commerce (DMC) was established under the School of Commerce and Business Management with the introduction of MBA Program in the academic year 2004-05. The Department of Management and Commerce offers PhD in Management Studies and Commerce, MBA, M.Com, B.Com, and PG Diploma in retails Management.

The DMC offers MBA with three specializations i.e Financial Management, Marketing Management, and Human Resource Management. The curriculum of MBA is designed with emphasis on management course courses, electives, internship, project, case studies, professional training in functional areas, industry- academia linkage programs, seminars,  management games, and industrial visits.

The Department also offers Ph.D. in in Management Studies. The research programs promotes innovation, focuses on activities that can make a difference to problems that matter to industry and society and has a business-friendly attitude to foster external collaborations. The department offers a highly supportive environment for quality research.

The Department also offers M.Com and B.Com. The Department offers excellent infrastructure and world-class syllabus enabling students gain practical exposure in varied branches of commerce. The program is designed to enhance the skills of students and make them competent in the field of banking, financial services and insurance.
