The Government of Telangana, in collaboration with the Digital Empowerment Foundation (DEF), is hosting the World Summit Award (WSA) Global Congress 2025 in Hyderabad, India, from April 6 9, 2025. The theme of the congress is "Digital, Democracy & Us: Impact Innovations for Global Challenges.”

The WSA Global Congress is a globally recognised event that brings together international changemakers, innovators, and policymakers to explore the role of digital innovations in addressing global challenges and advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
