MANUU, College of Teacher Education, Aurangabad (MS) is a Constituent College of Maulana Azad National Urdu University established in 2013 and started functioning from the session 2014-15 after getting the approval from the NCTE in February, 2014. Presently it is housed in a leased building at Mahmoodpura, Rauzabaugh, Aurangabad (MS). Around 4 Acres of Land has been donated to MANUU at Aurangabad (MS) in 2009 by Mrs. Fauzia Tahseen Ahmed Khan, the then Secretary of ‘Cosmopolitan Educational Society’ & MLC of Maharashtra (MS) to have a permanent Satellite Campus of MANUU at Aurangabad.
The College is established to meet the ever increasing needs of the Secondary & Higher Secondary School Teachers in Maharashtra in particular and the Nation as a whole. Since its first academic session 2014-15, the college is catering the needs of Urdu medium students and producing the quality trained teachers in all the disciplines of school subjects with the help of dedicated faculty and available quality infrastructural resources.

Being a principal of a teacher education institution, I feel privileged with the responsibilities entrusted by our university authorities. The quality of teachers being produced in a nation ensures the future of the nation. Our college strives to achieve the excellence in the quality teaching and producing the quality teachers by the help of the sincere, dedicated and devoted team of faculties. All the students get opportunity to learn in a very friendly and innovative environment through various curricular and co-curricular activities which help them in the development of their own self and becoming of a skilled and trained teacher. We all hope that our students would prove themselves as an indispensable asset to any intuition and carve their students into multifaceted humane in all the walks of life and serve the nation in real sense.
