The College of Teacher Education was established initially in a rented building by the Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) in 2015, at Bidar to prepare teachers through Urdu medium of instruction and examination.
This college brought the name and fame for its excellent teaching and learning atmosphere among the people of Bidar and other state people also. The performance of college attracted the attention of officials concerned about growth and development of this college. Hence, due to the understanding between the Maulana Azad National Urdu University Hyderabad and the State government, a piece of land of measuring 10.00 acre was allotted for having a permanent campus. The Process of land possession is in final stage.
