As per directions of the UGC, New Delhi, Govt. of India, Hindi Cell has been established in Maulana Azad National Urdu University in April 2013 for the implementation of the official language policy. It was established to speed-up propagation and accelerate the progressive use of official language Hindi in the Official work. Three staff  have been appointed for the Hindi Cell.
