Admissions in M. Voc Programmes at MANUU

Hyderabad:

The Department of Allied Heath & Vocational Sciences under School of Sciences has been offering Bachelor of Vocation in MLT & MIT since 2019. Considering the demand & requirement, the university has started Master of Vocation in Medical Lab Technology & Medical Imaging Technology in the year 2023-2024. MANUU happens to be the only Central University in the Telangana State imparting PG course in Paramedical Sciences. The department is accepting application forms for admissions into Post Graduation, M.Voc. (MLT & MIT) Courses for the academic year 2024-25.

According to Prof.S Maqbool Ahmed, Nodal Officer, Department of Allied Health & Vocational Sciences, these courses are employment oriented for the students with Urdu as a subject or medium of instruction, who are desirous to aspire higher education in central University and wish to pursue their career in Allied Health Sciences .

Currently, admission process is in progress for M.Voc (MLT & MIT) on merit basis with an intake of 20 seats in each specialty. The last date for submission of application forms for M.Voc (MLT & MIT) is June 30, 2024. Since, Paramedical Sciences have been recognised as frontline field, the Department has started B.Voc (Emergency & Trauma Care Technology) from 2024-2025, the admission for this course will be through CUET (UG).

Students from Urdu background are requested to avail this opportunity and apply for admission at the earliest. MANUU has an excellent educational environment and separate hostels for male and female students with all facilities.

Further, our passout students are employed in various corporate Hospitals in India & abroad. It is heartening to note that some of our students have secured jobs in Govt. sector as Paramedics also.
