MANUU VC released Hindi Diwas poster

Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice-chancellor, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) released special Hindi Poster related to Hindi Diwas.

 

Prof. Ishtiaque Ahmed, Registrar and Prof. Syed Najmul Hasan, Chairperson, University's Official Language Implementation Committee along with committee members were present on the occasion.

 

Prof. Ainul Hasan stressed the need for promoting and implementing the official language and to make it strong and progress. Prof. Ishtiaque AhmedRegistrar conveyed his wishes to everyone for Hindi Diwas. Prof. Syed Najmul Hasan said Hindi is our official language and it is our responsibility to adopt it.

 

Dr. Shagufta Parveen, Hindi Officer informed that MANUU is celebrating Hindi week from September 11 to 17. Various competitions such as Hindi Quiz, Essay, Poetry Recitation, Administrative Phrases and Workshop are being organized during this period.

 

Nukkad Natak Shines a Light on Cleanliness during 'Swachhta Hi Seva' Campaign

In a resounding celebration of cleanliness and environmental stewardship, The Drama Club of Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) delivered a powerful performance through “Nukkad Natak” yesterday as part of the ongoing 'Swachhta Hi Seva' campaign of Government of India. The campaign is being organized every year in connection with the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. This year it is scheduled to be held from September 17 to October 02.

 

The performance received an overwhelming response from the audience including the University Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan. "Nukkad Natak has a unique way of making important issues relatable and memorable," said Prof. Hasan. The attendees also appreciated drama club members for delivering the informative and entertaining nature of the performance.

 

The performance, famous for its engaging and thought-provoking content, was the centerpiece of the day's activities, which were aimed at raising awareness about the importance of cleanliness and sanitation. The Nukad Natak used humor, drama, and music to underscore the significance of maintaining cleanliness in everyday life.

 

Under the supervision of Prof. Mohammad Fariyad and direction of Mr. Meraj Ahmad, Cultural Coordinator, the students presented the Natak at various places in the university.

 

Large number of audience, including Faculty members, Employees and Students were present.
