Admissions open for LLB, LLM and other courses
Hyderabad:
Admissions are being offered in LLB, BA (LLB), LLM and PhD in the Law School at Maulana Azad National Urdu University for the academic year 2026-27. The last date for submitting forms for these entrance-based courses is May 1, 2026.
According to Prof. Tabrez Ahmad, Dean, MANUU Law School, 5 years BA LLB course, 3 years LLB, One-year LLM, and a research program PhD are being run under the school. In addition, two PG Diploma programs - Alternative Dispute Resolution and Cyber Law &Digital Governance have also been launched this academic year in which admissions are available on merit basis. The last date for merit based courses is June 10, 2026.
Admissions are available in LLB and BA LLB courses with an intake of 60 seats each at Hyderabad Campus. For LLM, 30 seats are available at Hyderabad and 30 seats at Darbhanga (Bihar), while in PG Diploma courses 20 seats are available each at Hyderabad and Darbhanga campuses.Ten students will be provided opportunities in the PhD program PhD at Hyderabad campus.
It is mandatory for all applicants to have studied Urdu medium at least in 10th or 12th standard or graduation or to have studied Urdu as a language/subject.
