Seminar on “Urdu Medium Secret of Success” held at MANUU

 

Hyderabad:

Passed out students are valuable asset for any University. MANUU also values the cooperation of it’s Alumni. Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice Chancellor, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), said while delivering presidential address in the seminar “Education through Urdu Medium is the secret of our success” held on November 27, 2021 at CPDUMT Auditorium, MANUU Campus.

The seminar was organized by Office of the Dean Alumni Affairs in coordination with MANUU Alumni Association (MAA).

He described the well placed Alumni of MANUU as a testimony to the success of Urdu medium of education.

Prof. SM Rahmatulla, Pro-Vice Chancellor, and Prof. Siddiqui Mohd Mahmood, Registrar I/c, also spoke on the occasion.

Earlier, Prof. Syed Najamul Hasan, Dean Alumni & Convenor delivered the welcome address and spoke about the aims & objectives of the seminar. Prof. Saneem Fatima, Dean, Academics and Mr. Mohd Mustafa Ali Sarwari, Coordinator Seminar & Associate Professor, Department of Mass Communication and Journalism also attended the seminar. Large number of MANUU Alumni presented papers and expressed their views.

Mr. Aijaz Ali Quraishi, President, MANUU Alumni Association proposed vote of thanks. Dr. Jarar Ahmed, Assistant Professor (Education and Training) himself as Alumnus convened the seminar.

 

Online ATAL-FDP on Data Science concludes at MANUU

Hyderabad:

The 5-day  Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Data Science organized by the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology (CS&IT), School of Technology, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) concluded on 26th November 2021. The programme, sponsored by AICTE Training and Learning Academy (ATAL), was inaugurated  on 22nd November.

Prof. SM Rahmatulla, Pro-Vice Chancellor, MANUU presided over the valedictory session held online on 26th November, 2021. He congratulated the department for successfully organizing the FDP and extended his best wishes for more programs in the future.

Prof. Abdul Wahid, Dean, School of Technology & Convener FDP while addressing encouraged the participants to take part in more research related activities. Dr Imtiaz Hassan, Head, CS&IT Department shared his view on emerging trends in Data Science.

The Coordinator-FDP, Dr Pradeep Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of CS&IT  presented a brief report and informed that about 200 participants were registered in the programme.

Mrs T Arundhati, Assistant Professor, CS&IT Department proposed vote of thanks.

Earlier, Prof. OP Sangwan, Professor in CSE and Director, Distance Education, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar spoke on Big data analysis for large scale dataset in technical session held before valedictory whereas in another session Dr. Pradeep Kumar spoke on Machine learning using python.
