Sufis Contribution for the Promotion of Communal Harmony International Seminar at MANUU
Centre for Urdu Culture Studies (CUCS), Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) in collaboration with Indian Council of Historical Research, Ministry of Education, GoI is organizing three day International Seminar Contribution of Sufis of Deccan for the Promotion of Learning and Communal Harmony “When the Iranian Moonlight brightened Musi" from January 23-25, 2023.
According to Prof. S M Azizuddin Husain, Honorary Professor, CUCS & Seminar Director, the inaugural session will be presided over by Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice-Chancellor at 10:30 am at Saiyid Hamid Library auditorium, MANUU campus. Aqai Mahdi Shahrokhi, Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hyderabad and Rev. Dr. Packiam T. Samuel, Henry Martyn Institute, Hyderabad are the guests of honour. Dr. Ahamad Khan, Director I/c, CUCS is the convener of the seminar.
Rangoli competition held at MANUU to celebrate Sankranti
The rangoli Competition was organized today at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) on the occasion of Sankranti.
According to Prof. Mohammad Fariyad, Chairman, Social Responsibility & Extension Activities committee & NSS Coordinator, MANUU celebrated Sankranti as part of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat as per instructions received from the Government of India.
Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice-Chancellor & Prof. Ishtiaque Ahmed, Registrar conveyed their wishes to the participants of the competition.
Total three teams participated in the competition, two staff teams and one students team. Prof. M. Vanaja, Director, Directorate of Admissions judged the competition.
Certificate will be distributed to the winner and participants on January 26, 2023 on the occasion of Republic Day celebrations.
