International Fellowship to Dr. Khaleel Ahmad at University of Pisa, Italy

Hyderabad: 

Dr. Khaleel Ahmad, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science & Information Technology (CS&IT), Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has successfully completed the prestigious SERB International Research Experience (SIRE) Fellowship at the University of Pisa. He left for Italy in the month of July 2022 to complete the joint research in the field of Blockchain Technology and Security.

He was one of the selected SIRE fellows for the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), a statutory body established through an Act of Parliament: SERB Act 2008 under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.

The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, congratulated Dr. Khaleel Ahmad and motivated him for more such International projects and collaborations. Prof. Abdul Wahid, Dean of the School of Technology, and Dr. Syed Imtiyaz Hassan, Head of the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology also congratulated him for undertaking such a prestigious International Project.  

Dr. Khaleel Ahamed conveyed thanks to Prof. Fabrizio Baiardi, Department of Computer science, University of Pisa, Italy for his valuable suggestions, discussions, and support during his visit. He has worked with Prof. Laura Emilia Maria Ricci to develop a Blockchain-based Vaccine Intelligent Network using the Hyperledger Fabric framework in the Department of Computer Science, University of Pisa, Italy. Dr. Khaleel felt proud to be a part of this collaboration with such a renowned professor.
