It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that the U.S. Consulate Hyderabad, will organize a virtual information session on Fulbright-Nehru and Other Fulbright programs under the newly launched '100 in 100 Campaign' by the U.S. Mission to India for Maulana Azad National Urdu University on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from 3:00-4:30 p.m.
As part of'100 in 100 Campaign' highlighting the first 100 days of the new U.S. presidential administration, we invite you to participate in the virtual session “Fulbright-Nehru and Other Fulbright Fellowship Opportunities in Academic Year 2022-2023” organized jointly by the U.S. Consulate General Hyderabad, United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF) - the Fulbright Commission in India, and the Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Hyderabad.
Fulbright-Nehru and other Fulbright awards enable the most outstanding students, academics, and professionals in India to study, research, and teach in the U.S. This online information session will provide information about different Fulbright grant offerings for Indian citizens in the academic year 2022-2023 and corresponding eligibility criteria, application deadlines, grant benefits, etc. The participants will also get a chance to ask questions and interact with the Fulbright Commission in India (USIEF) staff.
Theme: “Fulbright-Nehru and Other Fulbright Fellowship Opportunities in Academic Year 2022-2023”
The session will be of 90 minutes duration, with 25 minutes for Q&A. After the welcome address by Prof. Afroz Alam, Head, Department of Political Science, MANUU, the session will be opened by Mr. Dave Moyer, Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Consulate Hyderabad and followed by a presentation on the Fulbright-Nehru and other Fulbright programs, including eligibility criteria, application deadlines for next cycle, grant benefits, etc. by the Fulbright Commission team. The session will be conducted virtually and hosted by the U.S. Consulate Hyderabad on the GotoWebinar platform. The session will be of interest to all Ph.D. students, research scholars, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty.
