Sending Students to their home towns during Lockdown
The office of the DSW arranged for sending more that 300 hostel borders and non-boarders stranded in the University and off -campuses to their home towns in the various states like J&K, U.P, Bihar, W.B, Assam & Kerela during lockdown through special trains following all the precautionary measures as prescribed by the GOI. The University Health Centre, Provost and other officials actively played their part. The University also arranged special buses to drop the students at the Railway Stations.:

COUNSELLING SESSION FOR NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS 2020-21
INTRODUCTORY COUNSELLING SESSION 2020-21
The counselling sessions are being held online as suggested from 11th January till 16th January, 2021 for the academic year 2020-21. The detailed schedule has been prepared school wise containing all the departments, CTE’s, all the other Centers of Polytechnic and ITI. We arranged the sessions without disturbing the regular classes. The session were completed successfully and in each session average 100-110 students were attended. Who ever missed the there session we asked them to attend on last session i.e., on 16th January,2021.
