Profile of Bibekananda Nayak

Dr Bibekananda Nayak is working as Associate Professor, Department of Sociology, Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad. He also worked as of Assistant Professor Cum Assistant Director in the Center for Social Exclusion Inclusive Policy, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow (2008-2023) and Lecturer(Adhoc), Department of Sociology, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi (2007-2008). He obtained M.A, MPhil (“Indicators of Rural Development in India: A Sociological Study”) & PhD (“Ecology, Health and Development: A Sociological Study of Kandhamal District of Odisha”) in Centre for Study of Social System (Sociology) from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. He has more than 16 years of teaching and research experience. He has contributed research papers on education, Social Exclusion of Dalits and Tribals, Rural Development, Public Policy, Ecology & Health. He has worked on five research projects. He has Presented more than 70 Research Papers in the International/ National Seminar/Conferences.
