Experts from Hong Kong University to attend Workshop at MANUU

Hyderabad:

The Department of English at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) will be holding a workshop "Informal Digital Learning of English (IDLE) and Generative AI in Language Teaching and Research," on August 26, 2024 from 3:00 onwards at the Incubation Centre, School of Law, MANUU. 

According to Prof. K Nagendra, Head, Department of English, the workshop will feature distinguished speakers from The Education University of Hong Kong: Timothy W. Tylor, Associate Head, Department of English; Dr. Ellen Yue Zhan, Assistant Professor, Department of English; Dr. Promod Sah, Assistant Professor, Department of English; Dr. Ju Seong Lee, Acting Head of Department, Department of English.

The workshop aims to explore the intersection of technology and language learning, focusing on how informal digital learning platforms and generative AI can be effectively integrated into English language teaching and research.

MANUU ITI Hyderabad third phase counseling

Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Hyderabad is conducting third phase of counseling for admission into ITI Trades. Last date for submission of filled in application form at MANUU ITI Hyderabad is August 28, 2024. The counseling will be held on August 29, 2024 from 9.30 am onwards at ITI, MANUU Campus, Gachibowli.

According to the Principal, Dr. Arshia Azam applications are invited from desirous candidates to fill up the vacant seats in trades of MANUU ITI, Hyderabad. Application form can be obtained from MANUU - ITI Hyderabad or can be downloaded from University website www.manuu.edu.in.
