One Day Workshop Cum Training on Chromatographic Techniques held at MANUU
Hyderabad:
The Chemistry section of School of Sciences, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) organized one-day Workshop cum Hands on Training Programme on “Chromatographic Techniques” on 31st May 2023.
Dr K. Suresh Babu, Senior Scientist, UGC- IICT, Hyderabad, talked about various Chromatographic Techniques and their importance in the separation and identification of the Organic Compounds. He demonstrated few Chromatographic techniques such as Paper chromatography, TLC and Column Chromatography techniques in the lab and also gave hands-on training to students and Research scholars.
Prof. Salman Ahmad Khan, Dean, School of Sciences, welcomed the guests and participants and gave details about M. Sc. Programmes in Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology going to start from new academic Year. He thanked the Vice-Chancellor for all his support. Dr. Syed Salahuddin, Associate Professor, introduced Dr. K. Suesh Babu.
Dr. Alimuddin, Assistant Professor and Convenor, convened the programme. Mrs. Nahid Fatima, Research Scholar proposed vote of thanks.
The students of UG, PG, B.Voc. and Research Scholars participated in the workshop.
