MANUU official Dr. Imam Azam  passed away Condolence Meeting held

Hyderabad:

Maulana Azad National Urdu University paid rich tributes to departed colleague Dr. S.E.H. Imam Azam, Regional Director, Regional Centre Kolkata, who passed away today in Kolkata due to cardiac arrest. He is survived by wife, two sons and a daughter.

Dr. Imam Azam joined MANUU on July 04, 2005 as a Regional Director at Regional Centre Darbhanga. He also rendered his services at Regional Centre Patna.

Prof. Siddiqui Mohd. Mahmood, Vice-Chancellor I/c in a condolence meeting held today at conference hall, administrative building recalled the valuable services of Dr. Imam Azam and said that he was a good administrator, good human being and used to fulfill his responsibilities with dedication.

Prof. Ishtiaque Ahmed, Registrar read out the condolence resolution on behalf of the University and said Dr. Imam Azam was a dynamic literary personality and his services are unforgettable.Prof. Shugufta Shaheen, OSD I also spoke and expressed deep condolences to bereaved family members.

Prof. Razaullah Khan, Director, DDE briefed about details of his death and informed that he was suffering from heart disease. Prof. Nikhath Jahan, DDE, Prof. Faiz Ahmad, Darbhanga, Dr. Aijaz Ashraf, Srinagar; Dr. Mohammad Ahsan, Bhopal, Dr. Arshad Ekbal, Darbhanga; Dr. Hasanuddin Haider, Patna, Dr. Badeeuddeen and others also spoke.

Large number of officials and teachers also attended the online meeting from all over the country.
