Overwhelming response for MANUU Orientation Program on NEP 2020

Hyderabad:

The University Grants Commission - Malaviya Mission Teachers Training Centre (UGC-MMTTC), Maulana Azad National Urdu University has launched an eight days long Orientation and Sensitization Programme on NEP 2020 on 2nd January 2024.

More than two hundred participants of degree colleges, central & state universities, private educational institutions from across the country have enrolled for the online programme.

‘We spent the last month canvasing and explaining to potential participants about the necessity of understanding the NEP 2020 and received positive responses,’ said Prof. Saneem FatimaDirectorUGC-MMTTC.  

The NEP Sensitization and Orientation program will be conducted by 111 MMTT Centres in fully online mode with the target of 15 lakh faculty members over the period of three years (2023-24 to 2025-26). The proposed outcomes of the programme are to impart holistic education, imbibe the ideals of India-centric ethics and values, acquire concept of Indian knowledge system, generate new pedagogic ideas, develop critical thinking and develop capacity to integrate ICT tools in the learning process. The programme will conclude on 11th January.

 

Follow on Distance programmes date extended

 Hyderabad:

The Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has extended the last date for payment of follow on registration fee on fee portal for PG & UG programmes.

 According to Prof. Mohd. Razaullah Khan, Director, DDE, fee portal related to IUMS & SAMARTH is extended FURTHER for registration upto January 10, 2024.
